The rates above apply to both properties. The cost includes essentials such as bed linen, tea towels, kitchen cloth, bathroom towels, bamboo toilet rolls, Friendly soap and Ecover washing up liquid. We sell super dry logs at £12/basket. There is no extra charge for electricity, mains water or Wi-Fi. Staying for 4 nights or more? David will bake you a complimentary organic loaf of bread at your request.

We will require 25% of the full cost to secure the booking made payable by BACS, International bank transfer, Paypal or UK cheque. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Please note all international bank charges will have to be paid also. There will be an added 6% charge for Paypal transactions.

Our cancellation policy is simple, if we can cover all your dates with another booking we will return all money paid including the deposit minus bank charges. Please confirm you have read and accepted our Terms page (there are only a few points) at the time of booking. We are happy to postpone bookings if there is a national lockdown. We will hold provisional dates or leave it open, as you wish. Otherwise a full refund will be made, minus bank fees if incurred.

Please note departure is no later than 10 am and arrival between 4 pm to 10 pm. Please let us know as soon as possible (via email is fine) an estimated time of arrival and if you're due to arrive late. Many thanks and we look forward to welcoming you!
